A total of 25 businesses in natural ingredients sector and business support organizations (BSOs) from four countries in the Biotrade network, namely Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia, will attend the most significant and esteemed exhibition in Vietnam – Vietnam Foodexpo 2023, taking place between November 22nd and 25th, 2023. The participating businesses include Hanuti, DACE, Vinasamex, GiGa Herbs, Sachstea, Nam Yang Cooperative, Dat Foods, Viet Haus, Sokfarm, Cocovie, Palmania, My Phuong Food, and Hoang Nguyen Cooperative from Vietnam, as well as the Enterprise and Development Consultant Co., Ltd (EDC), Phongsaly Tea Factory, Somneuak Laothang Tea Factory, Sengkham Tea Factory, Yordxam in Laos, the Myanmar Tea Association, Myanmar Apiculture Association, Myanmar Tea Leaf, Shwin Chang Lone Tea Factory, Salay Shae Saulung in Myanmar, the Cambodian Pepper and Spice Federation, and Khmer Organic Cooperative in Cambodia.

Over 200 natural ingredient products that meet international sustainability standards, such as EU-organic, USDA-NOP, JAS, FDA, HACCP, and UEBT/RA, will be exhibited at the Biotrade pavilion (E1-E16) at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) with theme “Biodiversity: Where Taste Meet Variety“. Food traders and visitors from both Vietnam and abroad will have the opportunity to view and learn about these products.

The Biotrade pavilion was co-organized by CRED, Helvetas, and SIPPO to support trade promotion for businesses in natural ingredients in Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia. It’s under the Regional Biotrade project, phase 2, which is funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
